All applicants must pass a criminal background check.
Felony convictions and certain misdemeanors, including violent or drug-related offenses, may result in denial.

Your 3 most recent pay stubs or an offer letter.
Tax returns/W-2s if self-employed.
Award letter if receiving state benefits.
A valid driver's license or passport.

$50 non-refundable application fee (per applicant)
