To help make the application process transparent, please review the following fee schedule:

- Application Fee (per person): $80 - Due at the time of application submission
- Non-Refundable Administrative Fee / Move-In Fee (per person): $400
Due at the time of application submission (This fee secures the apartment during the application process. If your
application is denied, the administrative fee will be refunded).
- Note: Guarantors / Co-signers are not required to pay the admin fee.
- Pet Rent (if applicable): $40/month per pet - Due at move-in
- Cat - friendly
- One-Time Pet Administrative Fee (if applicable): $150 per pet - Due at lease signing
- Rent Payment: Rent is due at the time possession of the apartment is granted.
