Requirements:
Minimum credit score of 600
Bankruptcies must be discharged with no additional negative credit
Rental/Utility collections must be paid in full
Gross income must be 3 times the monthly rent (all applicants income will be combined)
Pass a background check (felonies and certain misdemeanors may result in a denial)
Guarantors/Co-signers qualify for income only

Fees:
$50 non-refundable application fee and a $200 non-refundable administrative fee
Money order, cashiers checks and credit/debit cards are accepted.
